Long Distance
Unlimited Long Distance service to the US and CNMI also includes 6 FREE Calling Features with no additional charges and is only $48.95/month when bundled with another MCV service.
For customers with local service only, charges will apply to all long distance calls you make with your MCV Phone. You'll see a one-line charge for long distance service on your bill.

Basic Calling Features
MCV offers 6 basic calling features for free with your service:
- Caller ID
These services apply to the delivery of the caller's number for both incoming and outgoing calls on the subscriber's line. To enable, dial *65. To disable, dial *85.
- Call Block (sub-feature of Caller ID)
This service is sometimes also known as Calling Identity Delivery and Suppression. It provides an alternative mechanism for subscribers to withhold delivery of the calling number. To disable, dial *67 (per call basis).
- Call Waiting
This service notifies a subscriber that a second call is on the line and allows the subscriber to switch between the calls. To disable, dial *70 (per call basis).
- Delay Call Forwarding
Allows a subscriber to have incoming calls forwarded to an alternative number if the subscriber does not answer within a specified time (6 rings). To enable, dial *92. To disable, dial *93.
- 3 Way Calling
Allows a subscriber to add a third party to the two-way connection that is established by hitting the flash/hook, dialing the third party and hitting the flash/hook again.
- Speed Dialing
This service allows one-digit or two-digit codes to be used as shortcuts for selected phone numbers. The subscriber enters the code and this is interpreted as if he or she had dialed the phone number to which the short code maps. You may have a total of 12 speed-dial numbers (#2-#11). *74 for one digit number and *75 for two digit numbers.
- Find Me, Follow Me
This service allows a subscriber to configure additional numbers that will be rung instead of or as well as the subscriber's own number. A pre-defined order is used to determine which number(s) to ring next. Once one number has answered the call, ringing on the other configured numbers is stopped. To enable, dial *371. To disable, dial *372.
- SimRing (sub-feature of Find Me, Follow Me)
Simultaneous ring allows a subscriber to define a list of numbers, which are rung in addition to his or her own number. Any of these additional numbers can answer the call. When they do so, ringing is stopped on all the other lines. To enable, dial #361. To disable, dial *362.
Advanced Features
MCV Phone also offers advance features. Each advance feature is $2.00 or $5.99 per month for
up to SIX advance features.
The special feature of "Unified Messaging" is $8.00 per month.
- Anonymous Call Rejection
Allows subscriber to automatically reject all calls from withheld (blocked) numbers.
- Call Barring
Allows the subscriber to bar outgoing calls to certain types of numbers from their line. Some types of calls that can be barred: international calls, national calls, premium rate calls, call to access codes and local calls.
- Call Trace
Allows the subscriber to request a trace of the current or last incoming call. This information is provided to the Service Provider, not to the subscriber, and may then be passed on to an appropriate authority (law enforcement purposes only).
- Selective Call Acceptance
Allows the subscriber to block his or her line temporarily to prevent incoming calls, but to allow pre-configured numbers through.
- Call Transfer
Allows a subscriber to call another party during an existing call and transfer the call to the second party. The subscriber can hang up either before or after the second party answers.
- Selective Call Rejection
Allows subscribers to select a list of numbers from which incoming calls are automatically rejected.
- *Unified Messaging (stand alone feature)
This service extends the Message Center to incorporate emails and faxes with regular voicemail messages. The subscriber can access their voicemail and email messages through any touch-tone phone or voicemail, email and fax messages through any email program or web browser.
