Letters to Santa

MCV believes every child deserves a little joy during the holiday season, regardless of their circumstances. This past year, MCV Cable Cares provided the Mayors and the Salvation Army with packets to distribute to deserving children in their village to write and color a "Letter to Santa" expressing what they would like for Christmas.

The children and their families were also invited to attend a holiday luncheon at the Hyatt to enjoy a delicious Christmas feast and free balloons, as well as activities, such as face painting, a Cartoon Corner and a Jumper. During the luncheon, MCV Cable Cares filmed the children reading their letter to Santa and receiving a gift - this was for our "Letters to Santa" television program that aired on Local 2 Christmas Eve and was rebroadcasted through out the following week.
