 Business Telephone Services Director
    Job Description
    The Business Telephone Services Director will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Wireline Telephone, Long Distance and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) to business clients. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales forecasts and projections, and proposals and presentations; developing a plan for sales and promotions of company products and services; developing PBX vendor relationships; and determining pricing and product strategy for business services products.

    The candidate for this position must possess strong analytical, interpersonal and supervisory skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be results-oriented. They must also possess a knowledge of the principles of marketing, sales concepts, and techniques for packaging a company's products and services, and the general terms and concepts used in the company's products and services.

    Examples of duties include (these are representative of assignments performed by the position and are not intended to be all inclusive):
    • Develops corporate sales/promotional plan for Wireline Telephone, Long Distance, and CPE services.
    • Conducts research of industry demands to make determinations for developing company price structures.
    • Organize and develop company products and services presentations covering features and advantages, and makes comparative studies.
    • Develop relationships with PBX and phone vendors.

    Additional Requirements and Skills:
    • Ability to administer sales activities to satisfy the company's objectives.
    • Ability to evaluate sales and promotional plans to recommend or initiate changes in policies, procedures and program requirements to improve effectiveness.
    • Ability to make work decisions in accordance with appropriate local regulations, federal regulations and program guidelines.
    • Ability to interpret and apply pertinent program guidelines and established rules and regulations.
    • Ability to prepare and maintain records.
    • Ability to work effectively with other employees, general public, and the business community.
    • Computer literate: Microsoft applications, PowerPoint, etc.

    Minimum Experience and Education Requirements:
    • Graduate of a recognized college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Public or Business Administration, or related field;
      and/or
    • Six (6) years of experience in sales of telephone products and/or services including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity;
      or
    • Any equivalent combination of experience and training providing the minimum knowledge, abilities and skills as described above.

    * Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and standbys. Must have reliable transportation.

 Technical Support Representative
    Job Requirements/Duties:
    • Resolve service-related issues related to MCV products, including but not limited to analog video, digital video, DVRs, HD, MCV Online Internet and MCV Digital Telephone by assisting customers through a series of pre-determined troubleshooting steps; communication with customers may be conducted via phone, email, or face-to-face.
    • Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional and courteous manner; must possess ability to work under pressure and employ active listening techniques to calm upset customers should the situation arise.
    • Educates and assists customers with owned equipment (such as PCs, TVs, etc.), browsers, email clients, TCP/IP settings, general spyware and virus diagnostics, changing of passwords, reinstalling software, resolving modem issues, and other member services and functions.
    • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Must provide an efficient and timely resolution and/or update to technical support issues.

    Minimum requirements:
    • Ability to troubleshoot internal computer hardware components
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • One to two years of related computer and customer service experience
    • Japanese or Korean-speaking a plus
