Free Phone Installation Contest Rules
- Prize package includes: Free installation of MCV Phone. Offer good for residential customers only and does not apply to unwired homes. Residence must be in an area deemed serviceable by MCV Broadband.
- Promotion period for this contest runs May 1, 2008 through May 31, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Only one (1) entry per household.
- You must be a legal resident of Guam age 18 and up. Employees of MCV and their immediate family members and respective advertising agencies are ineligible to win.
- Winner's name will be selected by a random public drawing and posted on MCV's website the week following the drawing. A contact name and number will be provided to claim the prize. Winner will have two weeks from posting to claim prize after which time prize will be null and void.
- By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. MCV reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the promotion process.
- MCV assumes no responsibility, or liability for any incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate entry information. For any reason, if the promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, MCV reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion whole or in part.
- All winners and entrants grant MCV the right to print, publish, broadcast and use in any media now or hereinafter known: the winner's or entrant's name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, with no additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by MCV.
- Disclaimer: MCV Phone is available with 911 service, however in the event of a power outage, both your phone service and 911 service will be unavailable. This is not a lifeline service and it is recommended you have a cell phone in the event of a power outage.
