MCV First Annual "Kids 4 Kids Movies with Santa" a Huge Success
MCV Cable Cares, the community programs division of MCV Broadband, Jamaican Grill, McDonald's of Guam, DPW Office of Highway Safety, Take Care and Hornet Sports are proud to announce the first annual "Kids 4 Kids Movies with Santa" on Saturday, December 15th, at the Ypao Beach Amphitheater was huge success! Together, we were able to spread the holiday spirit to over 3,500 event attendees and featured the holiday films "Arthur Christmas" and "The Polar Express" with special performances by the St. John's Bell Choir and St. Paul's School Choir. Over a hundred gifts were raffled off to children ages 2-12 years old and all prizes that were not claimed were donated the Salvation Army. MCV also gave away free popcorn and cotton candy throughout the night and Santa was there to meet the kids. This is the second MCV Cable Cares Movie event we've had this year. The first one was "The Liberation Movie Fest" that was a huge success. "This is a great way to spend an evening with friends and family. For parents that are watching their spending, this is perfect because the event is free!" said Thomas Higa, MCV Broadband's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The MCV Cable Cares Kids 4 Kids Movies with Santa is sponsored by Sbarro, Quaker, Underground Dungeon, KD Toys, Guam Visitors Bureau, Department of Parks and Recreation, Underwater World, Foremost and Cost U Less. MCV Cable Cares is an organization that assists the Guam community with numerous contributions to non-profit organizations and programs that benefit our Island's children.
