This service is dependent on the type of solution you choose from MCV Business. If you purchase a PABX from MCV, you will not require these additional features as they will be built into your PABX solution. Standard MCV Business voicemail comes with 5MB of storage space for a hosted solution.

Setting Up Your Voicemail Account

Dial in to your voicemail with the access numbers below. When prompted for your PIN, enter six (6) zeros; you will then be asked to change your PIN and set up your voicemail account.

Two ways to access your Voicemail:

• Dial the short code, *318, from your 969 Business Phone line
• Dial the Remote Access Number: 671-969-5571

Enter your PIN at the voice prompt followed by the # sign, then follow voice prompts to access voicemail.
