How does Basic Service work?
Our Basic Cable line up consists of 55 channels of local, news, sports, children's and educational channels; it is provided direct to your TV(s) via co-axial cable and does not require a set top box on any outlet.
What is Digital Service?
You need a Digital Box to get MCV's Digital Service. Digital Service features a multitude of networks, an Interactive Program Guide, and international ethnic programming.
Do I need a separate Digital Cable Box for every TV in my office?
If you want Digital Service for all of them, yes.
Why do I need to be present upon installing my service in my office?
This is to ensure that services are working correctly. Installers need to install the wiring and boxes to your TV(s) and verify you have a clear picture at all times.
What is a DVR?
A DVR is a Digital Video Recorder, which allows you to record any program(s) you're unable to watch at the scheduled time.
Do I need to come in to your customer service branches and complete any paperwork?
No, we utilize email and fax for your convenience.
How long will it take for my services to be activated?
This depends on the amount of services requested, and whether your office is already wired for service.
