What are the incoming and outgoing mail servers?
The incoming (POP3) server is mail.guam.net; the outgoing (SMTP) server is smtp.guam.net.
What do I enter for DNS (Domain Name Server) addresses?
Primary DNS is 202.128.7.1; secondary DNS is 202.128.31.1.
Does MCV Online have access to a newsgroup server and, if so, what is the server address?
Yes, the server address is news.guam.net.
Can I check my email from any computer?
Yes, web mail services are available through internet browsers at webmail.guam.net.
How many email addresses am I allowed?
MCV Online 2.5, 7.0, and 10.0 all include three (3) email addresses.
Does MCV Broadband filter websites?
No, however, there are some websites that filter addresses allocated to the Asia Pacific Region. If we know the website address, we can contact the administrators and get them to open up our address space. Contact MCV Technical Support at 969-4MCV and press option 3.
